A man in leadership once exclaimed in a Workshop; 'animals have no emotions'. These words were met by myself and a handful of others raising our voices of dissent.
With respect it was shared that he may know about Humans, yet had no clue about animals. His own sharing lead to this conclusion. Not his thing...as it turned out; connecting with animals. With no judgement we all enjoyed his leadership and the training he provided. I have thought about that interchange on and off for years. This capture makes me think about that idea..'animals have no emotions'. How, looking at this image could anyone not see, feel the emotions?
When i took care of this Soulful dog he had his issues. He had been rescued from a Shelter. His people; a loving couple, had just left for the first time. When he curled up like this near me after a few days, his trust was total. The bond was made. To have that honor, time and time again all my life with animals is a Gift that keeps on giving.
